I already have a MikroTik. Do I buy a new one?

No. If you have a compatible MikroTik router already running, we connect it. You don't need to buy anything else.

I don't have a router yet. Can you get me one?

Yes. Tell us the space you want to cover and your budget, and we'll recommend the right MikroTik model - or source it for you and set it up with the system. The router is billed separately from the setup fee, so you always see what the hardware costs.

What if my internet goes down? Does the hotspot still work?

Yes. Login and payment happen on your local router, so customers can still see your login page and make purchases. You get an email alert as soon as we detect the router is down.

What if I want to add more routers later?

We connect them to the same account. Two routers stays at the Twin one-time price. Three or more moves to the Network tier at UGX 450K setup plus UGX 25K per month.

How do customers pay?

They join your Wi-Fi on their phone, pick a plan, and pay with MTN MoMo or Airtel Money. Once payment clears, they're online. You can also sell printed cash vouchers for walk-in customers.

What if I want to stop?

The router stays yours. You're not locked in. If you want to stop, just let us know on WhatsApp and there are no penalties or exit fees.
